July 4th and Tie Dye

So a tradition we have created, is to make Fourth of July shirts each year. This year we got to make them with my fam and of course my mother had the brilliant idea to tie dye them. It was so much fun making them and they turned out so fun!!

The night ended with sparklers and fun! I love the fourth of July!

New Hair?!

So my heart was ready to break as Livvy's hair started to get longer and longer, and now her hair is too long to do the cute curl on top of her head with the head band. So we decided to try something different. Piggy Tails! I think she is still awfully cute!

Our First Family Vacation- Nauvoo

The Nauvoo Temple, more beautiful than words can describe. The spirit in Nauvoo is so strong! We had a blast!
Jer made a rope just like the pioneers did and gave it to Liv
Liv NEVER falls asleep in a stroller- unless you are in Nauvoo. She was a trooper!

We loved our trip, I think that Nauvoo is definitely a place that needs to be visited at least once in your lifetime! All the missionaries are so fun and we learned so much!

Honestly you can't tell me that this doesn't work for our Super Hero Attire! Jer is Super Study Man, Liv is Cute Cuddly Bug, and I am Lovin' Life Mommy.

*I like how people tell us about what children are doing, so this is what Liv can do now at 5 1/2 months.

** She rolls from tummy to back- so much fun!

** Is eating Sweet Potatoes that we started feeding her on Valentine's Day. Happy Valentine's to her right?!?

** So close to sitting up all on her own

** Loves any toys that you will give her to play with

** Has the funniest high pitched scream that she does when she is happy

** Laughs- oh and it is the best feeling to be the one to make her laugh!

** Is starting to teeth- we only lost about 4 nights of good sleep and she is pretty much back to sleeping through the night. So I can't complain.

** Snuggles with mom and dad!!

Basically she is so fun and we couldn't ask for a better baby!!

Livvy was blessed on December 30th, by her daddy. It was a beautiful day and we are so grateful for those who braved the snow to come!

We are the luckiest parents in the world. On Saturday, Sept. 5 our little Olivia was born at 1:49am. She weighed 6lbs. 12 oz. and was 19 inches long.

For father's day we gave dad the game of Bocce. Basically that is all we do this summer is play!! We are Bocce champs now!

The Baby Changer

Theron, Jer's dad, made this baby changer 28 years ago when they were getting ready to have Stacey. They used it on all seven children. All it needed was a little refinishing, and Jer and I will use it for our baby!! We are so excited! It turned out pretty nice too!

So the morning of the triathlon, we had a little bit of a wind issue, so they cancelled the swim. Jer and Allyn were a little bit disappointed, but they did so great! They changed the race to a run 3 miles- bike 12 miles- run 3 miles. The race was great and Jer finished 4th in his age group! These guys are the man!!

22 weeks- and wearing pregnancy clothes

Well I am totally in the awkward phase. I don't fit super well into my normal clothes and pregancy clothes are a little bit to big. But this was the first day I actually wore a pregancy shirt all day long! Yahoo. Thanks Lainie for letting me borrow them! I have not worn any more clothes since then, but we will get there.

On Thursday we went to the doctor, and our sweet little baby made it a little difficult to tell, but the ultrasound technician was finally able to get a good shot- and is 99.9% sure that it is a little girl! We feel so blessed and are so excited for our new addition to our family! We hope we can wait 4 whole more months to see her!!

15 Weeks Along!

Coy Christmas Eve Party! So much fun. We went to the church, cuz the fam is just getting to big. We ate a nice meal, watched an animated Christmas story, and played Christmas BINGO! Don't worry we also had a special guest from Santa!

Oh and I guess it is official, I am not a blonde anymore. But I'm kinda having some fun with the browness! I guess Jenny and I finally look like sisters!
